They are set to tie the knot in Paris on May 24 and Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are ironing out the final details of their pre-nupital agreement.
The 33-year-old reality TV star – who gave birth to the couple’s first child North last summer – will received one million dollars from the rapper for each year they are wed in the event of a split, negotiations have been drama free as Kanye didn’t even want a prenup.
easy, and relatively drama free. Kanye didn’t even think the couple needed a prenup, and was ready to give Kim carte blanche to all of his financial assets.
‘Yes, he loves Kim that much. There is a huge difference from Kim’s prenup with Kris Humphries [Kim's second husband]… the preparation of their agreement went on for several months.
‘It was long and tedious.’
According to the terms of the generous agreement Kim will get one million for each year of their marriage, up to 10 years.
Radar reports their Bel Air mansion will be in her name while Kim can keep all jewellery and gifts given to her by the rapper.
Even in the event of a couple, a source told the website, ‘One of Kanye’s life insurance policies valued at $20 million will name Kim as the beneficiary.’
They have also agreed that the reality TV star can keep the money she makes from her family’s show, clothing line and promotional deals.
The source told Radar: ‘The couple is focused on the wedding and looking forward to spending the rest of their lives together.
A boatload of loot was lifted from the former Tarzana home of Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, sources tell TMZ. The total value of the stolen goods, consisting of watches and gold chains, is estimated to be around a quarter-of-a-million dollars.
Khloe and mom Kris discovered the theft Monday night as they were cleaning out the house for the new owner, “Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco.
Police believe it’s an inside job as there were no signs of forced entry. They’re investigating some of the tradesmen who worked on the house over the last month.
While Deftones frontman Chino Moreno has been busy making music and touring with his † † † (Crosses) band, as well as pushing projects with his other band Palms, his bandmates back home are beginning a new Deftones album – the follow-up to 2012′s Koi No Yokan – without him. And that’s okay.
In an interview with Australia’s SoundwaveFestTV, Chino broke the news that the band was beginning work on their first studio album since the death of founding bassist Chi Cheng, who passed away last April four years after a car accident left him paralyzed and comatose.
“The other guys started last week. I’m excited to hear what they’ve done so far,” Moreno said in the clip. “We don’t plan on what kind of record we’re going to make. We react to each other — one guy starts playing something then the other guy reacts to it, and the other guys react to that. Next thing we know, we have a song. I think that’s the best, organic way to write music. It’s worked for us over the years.”
Will we finally see a new Tool album this year? Though they are certainly known for hijinks and misinformation, according to guitarist Adam Jones the long-awaited new Tool record, the follow-up to 2006′s dark masterpiece 10,000 Days, is complete.
At a pre-show VIP meet & greet in Portland, OR on Thursday afternoon on the band’s current tour, guitarist Adam Jones confirmed to our exclusive source that the alien-prog rock maestros’ new album is “100% done” and should arrive later this year. Aside from a mention of different time signatures than their previous work, there is no other information to report at the moment. The confirmation is certainly enough to get pulses racing, however.
Danny Carey, Tool‘s polyrhythmically demonic drummer, did an interview last Spring in which he shared the promising news that the time-signature-molesting legends would enter the studio to begin tracking their new album “sometime in June or July.” Given that we’ve progressed nearly a year since that date, and frontman Maynard James Keenan has harvested his grapes and sown hisawesome weirdo oats, the news doesn’t seem outlandish.
In the meantime, conspiracies abound that Tool is neck-deep in making a movie, as the band is out on tour with the mighty Failure.

In a first look at the new OWN docu-series “Lindsay,” Oprah Winfrey admonished Lindsay Lohan after the actress fell back into her old routine of being unreliable and self-destructive.
The teaser trailer starts off with Lohan saying, “There’s no party that I haven’t gone to, there’s no person I haven’t hung out with,” telling the world she’s ready to change.
But then she says she feels like a prisoner all the time with photographers following her every movie, even to AA meetings.
“I don’t want all the negative s–t that’s going on and the stress to show through on camera,” she tells a friend.
To make matters worse, Michael Lohan, her father, comes back into the picture and an argument ensues between the two.
“You weren’t good for me for a long time in my life,” Lindsay tells her dad.
Finally, Oprah’s assistant tells her that Lohan has been changing things everyday and not following the rules.
“This is exactly what everybody said was gonna happen,” a fed-up Oprah says. “She doesn’t understand, this is your life!”
After confronting Lohan and telling her she wants the best for the young actress, who’s been to rehab several times, Winfrey finally tells her enough is enough.
“You need to cut the bulls–t, you really do,” she says.
“Lindsay” premieres this Sunday at 10 p.m. on OWN.
Arby’s got its hat back — but it cost them a pretty penny. The restaurant chain put up more than $40,000 to buy Pharrell Williams‘ now-infamous Grammys topper in a charity auction on Sunday, March 2, the day of the 2014 Oscars.
”Thank you to whoever bought my Grammy hat on @eBay for $44,100,” Williams tweeted shortly before taking the stage at L.A.’s Dolby Theatre to perform his Academy Award-nominated hit, “Happy,” from “Despicable Me 2.” “Your donation benefits From One Hand to AnOTHER.” (From One Hand to Another is Williams’ charity for at-risk youths.)
Arby’s then replied to the star’s tweet, writing, “@Pharrell, you’re welcome. We’re HAPPY to support a great cause & get our hat back. Good luck at the #Oscars tonight!”
The “Get Lucky” singer’s interaction with the fast food sandwich company first began back in January, when he wore Vivienne Westwood’s oversized “Mountain” hat to the Grammys. “Hey @Pharrell, can we have our hat back?” the chain tweeted at the time, to which he replied, “Y’all tryna start a roast beef?”
Since then, the hat — which retails for $180 — has become something of a signature for Williams. He even wore a version of it when he performed at Sunday’s Oscars ceremony, where he danced with the likes of Lupita Nyong’o, Meryl Streep, and Amy Adams.
